Cwxai (“Cwxai”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) provides a product discovery and task platform. This policy explains what personal information we collect when you use the Cwxai website, mobile application, and related services (together, the “Service”), how we use it, and the choices you have.

2. Information we collect

We collect information you provide directly, information created when you use the Service, and limited technical information from your device.

• Account information: your name, username, email address, mobile number if you provide one, password, and profile photo.
• Activity information: product tasks you start or submit, ratings and reviews you write, records, notifications, referral code, and support conversations.
• Transaction records: entries needed to operate your account, such as reward, points, and account-status records.
• Technical information: IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, language, and timestamps. We use this to keep the Service secure and reliable.
• Support information: messages you send through the in-app support options or by email, including any attachments you choose to share.

3. How we use information

• Create and secure your account and sign you in.
• Provide product tasks, records, notifications, and account features.

• Detect fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access, and enforce our Terms.

• Service providers that host the Service, send email, prevent abuse, and support operations. They may process information only on our instructions.
• Legal and safety recipients when we believe disclosure is required by law or necessary to protect rights, safety, and security.

If we enable abuse prevention, Google reCAPTCHA may process technical signals to distinguish people from automated traffic.

5. Retention

We keep personal information for as long as your account is open and for the period needed to provide the Service, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and meet legal, tax, and accounting requirements. When information is no longer needed, we delete it or de-identify it.

6. Account deletion

You can delete your account in the app: sign in, open Profile, choose Delete account, and confirm. We will delete your account and associated personal information, except records we must keep for legal, fraud-prevention, or accounting purposes. You can also request deletion by emailing support@cwxai.com.

7. Security

We use technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal information, including encrypted connections, access controls, and password hashing. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so please use a strong, unique password and keep your sign-in details private.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to the processing of your personal information, and to request a portable copy. You may also withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. Contact us using the details below. You can also complain to your local privacy regulator.

9. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us and we will delete it.

10. International transfers
