Terms and Conditions

1. Agreement

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Cwxai website, mobile application, and related services (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract to use the Service. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. We may refuse, suspend, or close accounts that do not meet these requirements.

3. Your account

You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your password confidential. Do not share your account or use another person’s account. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission. We may require additional verification before restoring access.

4. The Service

Cwxai provides product discovery, product task, record-keeping, and related features. We may add, change, or remove features, and we may limit availability by region or device. We aim to keep the Service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

5. Tasks, levels, and rewards

The Service may offer product tasks, levels, promotional programs, and rewards. The rules, eligibility requirements, and value of a reward are shown in the app before you participate. Rewards are subject to verification and may be adjusted or withdrawn if we detect abuse, duplicate accounts, false information, or a violation of these Terms.

Rewards are awarded as points. Points are promotional benefits with no cash value. They cannot be purchased, sold, redeemed, exchanged for money, transferred to another person, or withdrawn. Points are not bank deposits, investment products, or interest-bearing accounts, and Cwxai is not a bank or investment adviser.

6. Payments

If the Service offers a paid feature, the price and payment method will be shown before you confirm the purchase. On iOS, digital features are purchased through Apple In-App Purchase where required. You agree not to attempt to bypass, manipulate, or avoid the applicable payment process.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, or misleading activity.
• Create multiple accounts to obtain rewards or circumvent limits.
• Submit false, copied, or manipulated product reviews or task records.
• Interfere with, probe, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or another account.
• Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to access the Service without our written permission.
• Infringe the rights of Cwxai, another user, or a third party.

8. Content you submit

You keep ownership of the reviews, ratings, and other content you submit. You grant Cwxai a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, use, reproduce, and display that content to operate and improve the Service. You represent that you have the rights needed to submit it and that it does not violate anyone else’s rights.

9. Our intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, text, graphics, logos, and trademarks, is owned by Cwxai or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service without our written permission.

10. Third-party services

The Service may link to or use third-party services, such as app-store services or email providers. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their content or practices.

11. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close your account if you violate these Terms, if we are required to do so by law, or if we believe your account poses a risk to the Service or another person. You may stop using the Service at any time and may delete your account in the app from Profile → Delete account.

12. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent permitted by law, Cwxai disclaims implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or free of errors.

13. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Cwxai is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If a change is material, we will provide notice in the app or by email before it takes effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
